New Facility + Union Station Restoration
The Museums at Union Station preserve Ogden’s rich railroad, cultural, and social history while serving as a place where the community can connect with the stories that shaped the city. As stewards of a collection of more than 50,000 objects and multiple specialized museums and galleries, the goal moving forward is to thoughtfully modernize exhibits, spaces, and interpretation to create a more engaging, accessible, and meaningful visitor experience. By enhancing how stories are told and how visitors interact with the collection, the museums aim to better serve Ogden’s residents, inspire curiosity across generations, and ensure these histories remain relevant, inclusive, and alive for the future.
