Concept A shows the museums south of Union Station, with a structure to display the historic train collection adjacent to Wall Avenue. In this concept, an events pavilion sits in front of Browning Theater with room for a hotel at the corner of Wall Avenue and 24th Street. The existing transit center would remain in this concept.
